This is a Challenge for Architects considered to be the best of the best…

Dear Architect,

I am challenging all Architects World wide to the following:

Do you think that a 6,000 Rooms Hotel can be constructed to look like the magnificent Sphinx of Egypt?  (See rough Image below)

I am asking if you have the capacity to create  the Architectural Drawings for a huge Hotel to look like the Sphinx on the outside but be extremely Modern on the inside;  with all of the Amenities generally found in Las Vegas’ 5 Star Hotels?

The idea that I have in mind is for the Sphinx to have Square see through Glass the color of Sand but not having Mirror effect. Each square would be part of each Hotel room…

The below Globe is to express what I mean referring to making the exterior of the Hotel in large square pieces of Glass:

This is a Big challenge for me as well and in many ways…

I found what I consider the right parcel of Land situated at one of the best location in Las Vegas, near the Strip.

Below is a photo of the Land that I found for sale and I added a Photo of the Sphinx and my Invention/Concept “AQUARANT” on it… Just to get an idea of what I have in mind…

The idea is that I wish to incorporate the Ancient with the New; referring to the Sphinx and the  AQUARANT.

Please do not judge the below image as shown, for it is a Concept;  in my mind a Diamond in the rough… so to speak…

As I stated I found the perfect Land for sale and now I seek your opinion of the above Concept…

I am presently in touch with numerous Foreign Investors and what I am seeking initially is $500 Million USD so as to pay for what I consider as Phase 1; referring to buying the Land, to pay professionals to do the required Master Plan, Feasibility Study, the Architectural work, Engineering, etc. for the Hotel, the AQUARANT and all of the Amenities I have in mind, and hopefully have sufficient funds to develop Construct the AQUARANT. (With sufficient money left over as a cushion to run the AQUARANT).

The Funding to develop/construct the Hotel would be raised after the AQUARANT is built and running and showing Profit.

This concept of Funding  is not new, example: in Las Vegas a few years ago, the Owners of the Hard Rock Hotel, built their famous Cafe first and then later on, when it became a great success, they built their Hotel.

Please do not judge me for being vague regarding if $500 Million USD will be sufficient to do Phase 1, the reason being that at this moment I do not know the costs of the items I indicated above…. Presently there are many unknowns…

I am of the opinion that if more money would be required for Phase 1, more money would be obtainable from my Foreign Investors.

Please consider this Challenge as simply two Questions: “Can it be done and are you up to the Challenge?

Here below is the Image of the actual Land, and the Image of the Sphinx of Egypt and an Image of my Invention/Concept AQUARANT.  The parcel of Land is not green in color, in fact it is the color of raw land, I added the Green color for contrast.

As I stated, the above image presentation is rather rough and there are only two structures on it, what is not shown are the many popular/fun amenities that I envision all around the AQUARANT.  (At this time the referred to amenities remain my secret!)

By the way, this Concept could be considered the “Pre-FUNTASEA Concept”

I am hoping to hear from a few Top Architects interested enough to comment on the above.
